Staff is always upbeat and warm. They also always have ideas to make your plaques, swords, helmet etc. look amazing. Can be expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Better deals than the trophy shop in the ramstein BX. If you need a plaque or trophy this would be the spot to go to. The atmosphere is very friendly and they even speak english !
