Friendly staff and good service!
Standing in front of the door because I wanted to do something fixed in the citizen's office, see that I should make an appointment. Incapable employees.
For weeks I've been calling for hours and no one answers. What are you doing so that nobody can answer?

Even when visiting the citizens' office, the employees don't seem to be the brightest candles on the cake.
It's really great to see how the Citizens' Office is there for its citizens. After more than a month we reached someone there. The people there don't really seem to know how to deal with friendly people and are annoyed.
