Very good credit advice and with good service! I want to take bank credit and I went Deutsche Bank without appointment but the staff accepted other wise in Germany without appointment is not Possible and the staff Explained to me very Friendly way to all important information after 35-45 minutes meeting form the staff explanation I got satisfaction answer. I highly recommend to you all to visit The Deutsche Bank Filiale at Duisburg Hbf and get all beneficial information or Service form the Staffs.

I've been a customer at Deutsche Bank in Duisburg for almost 40 years. I notice that the service has deteriorated significantly. In January 2020, I turned to my customer advisor with a question about sending bank statements despite online banking. I've been waiting for the answer for more than 10 months. In the meantime I got the information from the branch in Moers. Today I had problems with the amount of the limit increase for transfers. Lt. For information on online banking, I should contact customer service. Neither the 24-hour hotline nor a lady from the general customer service at the branch in Duisburg could help. She offered to call the responsible customer advisor back. In this case, too, there was no reaction. Since we were not interested in advice on systems about 1 year ago, the question arises whether the personal customer advisor is only interested in his customers when he can close deals.
