From the outside, Ludo Cochem looks promising and orderly. The first impression is good, but unfortunately it stays that way. On closer inspection, it is a shame for opticians that he locks ready reading glasses in a display case. Basically there is nothing to be put against this, but it says a lot about the competence if the optician uses ready-to-read glasses instead of listening to the customer and optically advising him about his life situation. All of this continues, most of the glasses are made of materials that you cannot work with and that absolutely cannot be adapted to the customer. Last but not least, it is also a shame that the unit for determining the lens is located exactly in the sales room. Spectacle lens determination is an important part of customer care. In this case, it is neither possible for the customer nor the optician to concentrate on the process. I would like to write something better, but unfortunately the circumstances do not allow it.
