Rude and outrageous. Were there 5 times regarding a birth certificate of our child. Sent from office to office because Madame did not want to recognize paternity (because of laziness?). Simply the last shop, lazy without end!

I don't like to justify the 2 stars. Most of the employees are nice. As a visitor, you sometimes feel left alone. I accompanied my daughter three years ago who wanted to get out of the church and saw what was going on in this town hall. You will probably need a permit more often. Fortunately my daughter was lucky. Don't know what has changed there in the three years. Was there only once.
