Please finally take care of the defective LED lighting in the branch at Arndtplatz 6. I was told that the annoyance would be fixed on Friday, but I was lied to by the staff or the technician just couldn't find the fault. It's flashing again ...

I can't say anything negative. I was always treated nice and friendly and never had a problem with any of the bank employees. There were longer waiting times now and then, but these were cushioned with a cup of coffee or a cold drink when you had an appointment. I was always able to receive competent and quick help. The checkout staff was also always trying. I can't say much about the security staff, it belongs to another company and not to Commerzbank, so the bank's employees cannot help if the security staff misbehave.

Neither the deposit nor the withdrawal machines worked. The consultants do not say how long the technical fault lasts. And then the statement about the technological company, a joke. First, make day-to-day business stable

Opening times like in the 80s. Sad for the main branch. The secondary branches are open on Tuesdays until 6 p.m.
