I had a business account there. Was very satisfied with the support and performance until 2 years ago. Then my advisor died and things started to run. Constant mail where information and BWA were requested, even though the sales were correct. I got the real blow now in the corona crisis, as with most self-employed people, my sales declined, instead of helping me with a KfW loan, I got the notice on August 1, 2020. I immediately went to the Bordesholmer Sparkasse, where I got a fragrant adviser and a KFW loan, which I had been advised against at the Volksbank, as the prospect of getting it = 0

I changed the bank. I am no longer satisfied with the account management fees and the additional costs. The price-performance ratio is simply no longer correct.
