If it's about money, better go here ... I moved here three years ago after aggressive and imposed sales talks and disproportionate fees from Förde Sparkasse. If I had any questions, I was always helped quickly. No matter whether in person, by telephone or via online banking. The only drawback are the few ATMs, but you can use the VR 3 times a month for free and do not pay any account management fees.

Stay away from this bank, no advice ... the employee spoke aggressively on my AB ... I don't know why the woman was ... so rude.

As soon as you are no longer paid as a civil servant and orientate yourself differently in life, you become a 2nd class person here. I did another training. And - since the state of SH pays in advance on the first and my training company pays in retrospect on the 15th - my account has been on overdraft for longer. I was then invited to a consultation, where it was said that there was nothing they could do for me because the salary was too low. After my apprenticeship I got a well-paid job, settled the overdraft facility and switched to the Fördesparkasse with my account. Because there is service. The 2nd star is for the good treatment as a civil servant and for the fact that you can withdraw money 5 times a month from a Volksbank free of charge ... at what feels like 3 machines in Germany, that's the least.

My experiences with the PSD bank in Kiel are rather sobering. Other PSD Bank branches are clearly ahead, in terms of customer-oriented service. A "We are happy to help you!" in all PSD letters means in financial bottlenecks, who can bring life with them there very little. The solutions that were offered here in our case always amounted to ... continue to pay, there are no options for an hourly rate. With this form of solution orientation, in my opinion , no competitive range of services today. Too bad, the PSD bank in Hanover got full marks from us .....

I have been a customer of PSD Bank Kiel eG for several years. PSD Bank Kiel eG is a private customer bank that responds to the needs of its customers and provides individual advice. The focus is on customers, they are valued and treated fairly. In the event of problems, all levers are set in motion to find a solution as quickly as possible. And one with which the customer is satisfied or happy. PSD Bank Kiel eG is not one of the banks that are only interested in their own profit. Things are not always going smoothly there - but the bank is honest, fair, customer-friendly and service-oriented. I would highly recommend PSD Bank Kiel eG!
