The staff did not want to pimp me a fifties. They should only if they had an account there. This is absolutely bad service, especially since I had to pay almost four euros at the vending machine for the withdrawal shortly before. Is not it one of the core competencies of a bank to switch money?

This "service" is an absolute cheek! At least 15 minutes of queue per call to land in another queue! Promised callbacks do not take place! As a pure bank for online business, certainly okay, otherwise clearly not recommended!

Nobody wants to make calls there. 25min queue then simply pushed away ...
