I was given very friendly help in the bank for many years. In the past. Customer adviser can only be reached to a limited extent, account management affected by umpteen technical problems, transfers have not been possible for days. Card payment and ATM functions have only been possible to a limited extent since a technical changeover. Getting through the customer hotline is impossible.
