Fueled today. Promotion: 1% discount per liter on car wash bill. The service does not want to give the discount. Allegedly only with club card .. Untrue and is not so on the advertising. After asking the gas station attendant to read his own advertisement, it turned out he had no idea and called a colleague. Then it was said that the discount can not be given later .. nonsense .. On the poster is redeemable for 3 months ... When asked if I can talk to his boss, came the answer, he has no number of him. Have dropped a complaint with Shell ... Let's see how long he still works there. Is not about 3 EUR discount, rather that I leave there every month hundreds of euros .. Addendum: Today I was called and apologized and granted a discount. Everything is all right again. Rating up.

Air inspector costs money and was broken. Dirty around the self-service facility. Employees not motivated.

I always check the air pressure while refueling. But now I have to pay exactly 1 € extra at this location ... This has probably done this branch from now on for me. I'm filling up somewhere else.

7th of February 2016 around 4:30. A young woman is molested in the gas station by several Russian citizens. The cashier cares little. Better avoid this gas station
