The ratings aren't exactly stunning here right now. I personally have not had any negative experiences here. Everything worked from preparation to marriage. Everything was on time, everything was wonderful.

I just can't understand the negative statements made by some people and I don't find them fair to the employees! Even in Corona times, I was given very competent and solution-oriented advice. I sometimes received replies to emails an hour after sending them! I can't complain about any point!

Have made an appointment by phone and I was listed on the phone exactly what I need to bring. When I was there, I was allowed to go in for the appointment and was ready after a total of 45 minutes including pay. I could also take all desired documents directly. Pleasantly fast and efficient.
