Even 1 star is too much .. !!! Never again Stadtwerke Kiel !! Unfriendly employees wrong bills and suddenly you get bills as if you were supplying a whole house with hot water and electricity! A cheek very clear attempt at fraud. Personal appointments for clarification do not lead to anything !! On the contrary, you will only receive a reminder 1 week later .. The only thing that helps is changing the provider ... since then there have been no more problems 😁

In the energy center, the employees are always friendly and solution-oriented. The employees in the telephone service have always been friendly. The municipal utilities may actually be more expensive than some competitors, but I cannot complain about anything and have the service of my energy provider on site.

Short waiting time of ten minutes, the matter was resolved in less than five minutes. Nice advice, gladly again.

Customer service absolutely wrong. Rarely have I felt made so small. There is absolutely every humanity in this shop. If there is less than 1 star I would give zero stars!
