The worst. In so many ways.

I spoke to a totally rude employee. I had a neutral question about the current regulation, I wasn't upset or anything like that. The Lord could not / did not want to answer the question. He kept coming up with a different topic without paying any further attention to my question. Stuck on hold forever and in the end it didn't work, except that the employee turned me on for no reason.

Today I picked up my certificates are very nice and very friendly super keep it up. 11/20/2020😎

not reachable by phone or email for a week. The contact person Mr. W. was not in the office at the appointment. To be commended is a colleague who was very committed and then took care of my concerns - so there is hope!

Calls are suddenly hung up while you are in the queue. Generally two waiting tunes start and are stopped abruptly to start the next one, strange. When it comes to traffic tickets, there is no need to hope for communication with your contact person. Unfortunately, nobody can be reached here.
