Mold apartments, it stinks we had to wait almost 3 months for a kitchen we had to wash up in the old bathtub. Not reliable. Nobody knows what the other said but they want a lot of money for such ranzboden🤮🤮. I'm just happy if I'm here, not to be recommended, not even out of necessity

I have been a tenant at WOGE for two years and am very satisfied with the consistently competent service of all employees.

It may be that it is not always satisfied what tenants get to hear, it may also be that some employees are so condescending to tenants. But if you yourself behave defiantly and become unfriendly, especially if you are right as a tenant, you should not be surprised if you are treated like this . Togetherness, but polite but you will be taken seriously !!! And then the tenants & property management will find a solution !!!

Due to a job-related change of residence, I had to give up my apartment at WOGE. WOGE unfortunately has no apartments in the new place of residence. It's a shame, because the price / performance ratio is absolutely top. The support was also top notch. Some competitors can cut themselves off!
