Bad grotto ...
Wanted a simple vehicle registration. But Kroscke really had no idea what to do to register a car. They probably did that for the first time. After almost a week, all my papers were gone. We were still at the registration office but Kroscke had no idea. WHY? They really didn't know that the old license plates had to be canceled ... honestly. Incredible. Then, despite the payment, they had forgotten the green sticker. I was allowed to run afterwards too.
Bottom line ... I was more often at the admissions office and employed longer than if I had done it myself.
FINGERS AWAY FROM KROSCHKE
Everything worked out great. I handed in my documents on Tuesday and held the license plate in my hands on Friday before 12 noon. The employee was very competent and friendly.
My car was registered within 24 hours. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly! Simply great !!!!
Attention assessment during the corona crisis
Since it is difficult to make an appointment as a private individual at the time, I thought I could save a little time by applying for an approval.
The documents required for approval are easily compiled using the checklist sent to you. After I sent the package off, I didn't even get a response after 2 weeks whether the package was there or the order was implemented. After several calls back and forth with different people, I am assured that the car will be next week. I've been waiting for my car to register for almost 4 weeks now. During this time I would have registered the car twice and would have had no additional costs.
Not recommended!
