Arrogant and unfriendly. There is no log when the apartment is handed over and we were held responsible for any damage that occurred when we moved in. The deposit has not been paid back until today without any contact. The greatest insolence I have ever experienced. I would avoid the company !!!

Very poor service and accessibility. Inadequate legal background knowledge. Slow to no response to requests. The bottom line is also not recommended for owner associations.

You only hear bad things, you only experience bad things. For inquiries and concerns, there are usually no or very poor answers. It has been raining for 3 years in the garage, balconies are ailing and the walls damp. I can only advise against anyone from considering this real estate company. Not to exceed ignorance and incompetence.
