Not GDPR proof. Storing many data of you without any legitimate reason for the object, a viewing. Asking for data policy - no reply. Germany before the wall.

Nobody cares about damage! If a new claim is reported, nobody has any idea what it is about. In my opinion, only incompetent people work there !!!! The main thing is to pull the money out of the tenants' pockets ... There is a caretaker, but he is never available! !!!! Not to be recommended !!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. I moved out of my old apartment almost 4 (!) Months ago and without waiting for a reason I am still waiting for the refund of my rent deposit. There is simply no response to emails, letters and calls. Nobody is responsible and responsible anyway if you pay a visit to BUWOG. Getting into the building at all borders on a miracle! As a rule, you are rude at the door.
