So far, I have only had good experiences with IMMO. Both the WEG administration with Mr. Mohr and the sales department with Mr. Voth are extremely organized and competent. Here you feel very well cared for.
Unfriendly employees in the administration, especially this Jeßen. As a tenant you are not taken seriously and sometimes you get no feedback at all. Organization an absolute mess. I really don't like to contact them ...
Unfortunately I only had bad experiences with Immo Kiel. They don't stand up for the owners. Renovations / maintenance are commissioned, but then they are not checked or deadlines are enforced.
The real estate only draws money from the buildings, the reserves are used up. In addition, poor availability and customer communication.
PS: The majority of the 5-star reviewers submitted the only review of their Google career here; a rogue who thinks evil!
A very courteous and professional property management team.
There is always a contact person available and even if they cannot help immediately, someone who can will call back immediately.
Problems are solved very quickly in a tenant-oriented manner.
The administration has little interest in clarifying concerns from residents. E-mails are either ignored or answered very succinctly! Unfortunately...
