A property management as you want it to be. Mr. Ramm is very professional in his work (reliable, organized, conscientious, forward-looking, reliable, ...) as a property manager. In addition, he is always very friendly and you really feel that you are in very good hands in the fjord property management.

Here I describe my perception of a lease in 2019.
We got to know the property management as basically unprofessional. Inquiries are slow, sometimes only after multiple request processed. During the apartment inspection by our Nachmieterin appeared Mr. Ramm unprepared and overwhelmed. He never entered the apartment before. Rather, he also had to be led through the apartment.
In my experience, bills of this company are urgently to review. So there were borrowing errors in our deposit calculation, which were corrected only after addressing.
In summary, the company appears unprepared, overwhelmed and often unfriendly. I can not recommend this company.
The information given here is based on my perceptions. It can be sure that other tenants have had different experiences.
We were looking for a new apartment in Neumünster. The company had but none in the offer which corresponded to our expectations. But after 1 week we got a call what was found suitable. The apartment was almost our wishes and then they have taken. The owner was very friendly and dedicated. We recommend.
