But I had completely different experiences.
Around 80% of the employees are a disaster.
The glasses are good, unfortunately the employees are not.
I bought two glasses at eyes + more in May 2019. I had great advice and the glasses are great!
Since then I have been there two more times because I broke off one of the "nose nups" and because after about 1.5 years the hangers had to be tightened a bit. Both times my problem was resolved very quickly and in a very friendly manner. I am more than happy!
I bought my last glasses from eyes and more in Kiel. The salespeople and the glasses are great, but the prescription determined by the optician and the centering of a lens was wrong.
Would not go back to this branch in Kiel.
Nice shop, unfortunately bad quality.
No need to buy glasses again.
Returned the glasses after 5 visits because no employee was able to adjust the glasses correctly so that there are no pressure points, the glasses are straight and do not wobble / slip all the time.
