There is one worker that makes excellent job. I have forgotten the name. But I do remember the oldest who was very rude and didn't have any understanding for us. We do not understand some words in German that has to do with technology and he wasn't very helpful. But I will give 4 stars just because the younger O2 Guru. He really knows how to work with people and was very helpful.

Terrible. No one speaks English and they tend to be all nationalistic when you don't speak German. Terribly rude. If you are an international student run away from o2
