Very friendly staff, free WiFi, good advice, but the coin costs count fees even for bank customers, that's really embarrassing, completely the rip-off and no service to your own customers.

Homebanking requested a year ago. A year of constant trouble. The competence and standards of the specifications are not known to everyone! Again and again I have to go to the bank because something was wrong, was forgotten or even missed. (!) Then I get the feeling suggested I would probably be better advised in the Volksbank in Winnweiler. But that turns out to be a swindle. I'm coming to Rockenhausen again to discuss another problem. However, I am sent to Winnweiler with my request. Once there, I'm told that the employee in Rockenhausen would have been responsible. (!?) On another visit I wanted to get a 500.- € bill changed. Wrong! Argument: I'm sorry, but our box office is not occupied this morning. (!?) Okay. My question to the bank employee: But I'm already here in a bank, right? I take a step back and see a booklet for children, which says: "Back to the Stone Age". For this pronounced comparison with the just despairing service, I even get a smile. (!?) Quality in competence and service looks different. Ultima ratio by car from Rockenhausen to Kaiserlautern. (!) Oddly enough, there is somehow different and better.
