As an employee, I wanted to use the longer opening hours today to change personal data. Unfortunately, I was denied that. As soon as I arrived in the parking lot, a security man in a research tone advised me to put on a carnival costume (mask), otherwise you won't be able to come in here. The fun stops there. So we went again. Afterwards we were in other branches that were open Tuesday and lo and behold ... everything was normal without constraints .... everything went off nicely ... that's how it should be. So AOK is ashamed of you
