The company Aquariumbau Enningerloh glued a basin measuring 2.50x0.80x0.80 cm in our house today. I was very satisfied with the complete order processing. Starting with the previous mail / telephone contact to the planning and execution - completely smooth process. The guys definitely know what they are doing, hats off! If you are looking for the true aquarium professionals, this is the place to be.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with many here. Whoever answers the e-mails is very rude, always has a new excuse, because the customer always understands everything wrong. Customer-friendly is different, even the sound makes the music. Not at all capable of criticism even though you did not mean anything bad, only very clever advice comes in my opinion, are totally naughty. Really a pity, because that should not actually be my last aquarium purchase. But never again. I just hope that in the future I will not have any problems with my aquarium just to not have to come in contact with them again. And fake the whole negative reviews are certainly not, if you read the answers, it's clear to everyone. The quality itself is not the best but you can definitely work with it and also price performance is ok. But unfortunately the dealings with customers get everything out of the way so that you just have to give a bad rating. Measuring p. Must be learned.
