I had deposits made here 11 months ago. These insoles were totally worn out after 11 months and broken in the middle. After consulting in the shop, the gentleman explained to me: You were given bad advice, but this lady no longer works here. There are of course much better insoles, after 6 months you would have got a replacement. What is this statement about? I understand something different by customer friendliness and goodwill. !!!!!!!!!! After a while a friendly young man answered, apologized and made new insoles for me free of charge. I think it's great, everything is fine. Thank you
