Stadtwerke Kaarst incorrectly canceled a contract with a third-party supplier, even though Stadtwerke had no order to do so.
Now you are not able to admit this in an official letter and clarify the matter with the other provider.
Instead, the customer is assigned this task.
The strange thing: according to third-party providers, you should cancel the contract with the municipal utility company. However, no contract was concluded at all, so nothing can be canceled.
We have only received an official letter from the municipal utility granting "communication problems" with the third party.
-> Make mistakes and then don't stand by them.
In addition, the municipal utilities are extremely expensive in comparison!
Reached by phone, I was promised a call back that did not take place, after that, during the opening hours, despite multiple attempts, I could not be reached. Earned 0 stars.
