It really baffles me that other reviewers write about "unfriendliness" because my recent experience was exactly the opposite. Who complains about not exactly met deadlines, does not consider the problems and time troubles, which has a smaller company now (own experience!). The presenter is held up excessively by the previous customer and comes in time trouble, but does not want to be rude and deliver good advice; The next customer is waiting and complaining understandably. But that's just business. And that a middleman like ME Spicker can not have all products in stock, goes without saying. I came from the KH after a heart attack and needed a temporary wheelchair. Two drugstores showed almost no interest in my desire and were already pushing to sell me one. Then I came across Google on ME and everything went smoothly. The same day I got a brand new wheelchair for 3 months, which I had to sign with my signature alone; the rest (health insurance, etc.) wound ME without my intervention. Now I brought the wheelchair back and had to sign only once again - that's it. Respect, that was great! I express my recommendation for this company.

Here was very helpful. I did not know what to do, but at the medical supply store they took great care of me and my mother to get her supplies. The settlement with the cash register also worked great.

the telephone inquiry was enough to recognize that the work here is very unprofessional. The lady on the phone was very rude so I cannot recommend this company.

Nothing works in this company. Mab has to keep calling afterwards. Although the question was asked whether there was help to carry on site, only one person was sent - although this was not the case - and they then left without doing anything. So another appointment. I have nothing else to do 😤
