Totally unreliable online shipping. I ordered a simple brush set on December 13th, 2020 to give it away for Christmas. In time enough to assume it will arrive on time for Christmas. To date, i.e. December 29th, 2020, I have not received my order. Also from customer service, to whom I sent an e-mail with my problem on December 23rd, 2020 around noon, I only received an answer yesterday that there was now "movement in the shipment tracking". If my niece wasn't looking forward to the gift, I would send it back without any doubts and ask for my money again (P.S. If it did arrive)
