Very unappealing, do not feel like it, are unfriendly, never answer the phone, disgusting behavior, are arrogant but do not understand that they are the funny characters of the city. If I could I would give 0 stars. Only bad. You should completely replace the people there from the building.

I have never known such incompetent administration. Situation: we had sold our car and the buyer received a ticket on the way. The penalty notice came to our home and we explained the situation by email and proof of the purchase contract, data sent by the buyer. Then came a warning that we still hadn't paid. I called (my family was listening) and the nice one on the phone assured me that everything was fine and that the fine was being sent to the right person. A reminder comes six months later. Registered mail sent with evidence and the Ms. Sönn ****n knows nothing and claims that email would not have been received although we have evidence. The situation cannot be clarified because the women do not engage in it and give different answers every time. Something would have to be sued. Stars 0.

The women in the Bürgerbüro work consistently and quickly. I do not want to comment on the other department.
