It took me a while to find the right, knowledgeable employee on the line - but then everything turned out fine. The way there was a bit arduous, because the employee in the switchboard graced me in spite of specific requests to connect me to the person I wanted or their representative. Therefore only 3 out of 5 possible *. If I ask for contact to a specific employee, I expect to be put through to them, even if this does not seem to be factually responsible. The Buchbinder Wanninger method is absolutely inappropriate.

Unfortunately there are very rude and pampy people working there. You have to pull information out of their nose if you get any information about their situation at all. So far the worst Aok I've ever been to!
