I worked with Jerome at Europartner Imobilien to find a property and he was tremendously helpful throughout the process. Purchasing the apartment from outside of Germany meant the operation wasn't going to be as simple as if we were in the same country let alone the same timezone. Jerome was quick with his responses given the time difference and very helpful in guiding me through the real estate process which differs from what I am used to. He made me feel comfortable knowing that I was being looked after and was able to communicate in both German and English. He was readily available for when I arrived into the country to move forward with the proceedings. I wholeheartedly recommend Jerome's services as a realtor--he was a pleasure to work with.
