It is outrageous that the city of Bochum cannot manage to be there for the citizens of their city during the regular opening times. Especially at such a time, it is absurd to be the only contact person on the subject of Corona to end work two hours earlier on Fridays. I think, as a taxpayer, I can expect that the city will do its work sensibly in such a time of crisis and at least be there for questions and important issues during full regular working hours. The crises not only affect the city but above all its citizens !!!!

Reviews for the area of ​​tuberculosis. You always get one on the phone quickly, the lady (Leide3 doesn't know the name anymore) is very nice, listens and helps as best she can. If you can't get her on the phone, she'll call back. I am very satisfied and excited about her.

We are the first contacts of a friend from Bochum who tested positive, were together in an apartment for hours. The health department received our contact details from this person. 10 days later we were still not contacted by the Bochum health department. If our friend hadn't warned us over the phone, we wouldn't know anything about her infection. After consulting our health department in Wuppertal, they had to have the infection confirmed with our friend in order to send us into quarantine and initiate tests. My wife works in the care of the elderly, I in the hospitality industry, we would have gone to work infected in a catastrophe. What kind of contact tracing is this? It was months to prepare for a second wave. Instead, the country is being driven down a second time.

For 11 days we have been waiting for a call from Health department. The health department wanted to call us every day, but nothing came. That was just scaremongering nothing else.

This assessment concerns the office in which the school entrance examination is carried out and the responsible medical officer who carries it out. So far it was technically acceptable. What I unfortunately have to criticize is that the doctor speaks to me several times with Mutti. Absolute no go. On the other hand, the medical officer questioned a professionally carried out ophthalmological examination (which was carried out the day before with eyes hit). The statement said it would be a mistake to have my daughter fitted with glasses and it would be more likely to cause damage. On the other hand, the doctor gave a statement about a cure that supposedly went badly, but unfortunately she could not answer me what she meant by that (what does that have to do with an enrollment examination is a big one ??) Even if I received a complaint in advance because of the lack of an enrollment examination, I would have liked to have dealt with it more competently.
