Взимаш си час и определена дата, подготвяш си всичките документи и всичко е океу, работниците си гледат много добре работата, за 10-15 минути си готов....😉😉😉

Only one person is allowed to enter the premises ... I cannot say what it is like inside because I was the one who had to get back to the car 😅

I really can't say anything bad. The ladies at my desk were in a great mood, totally friendly and everything went quickly. I had inquired in advance what was needed and everything was problem-free.

With online appointments it was really great from the waiting time, but the clerk pointed out to me very briskly that I had given the wrong reason for the appointment. After that, she was no longer as motivated to help me with my problem and I left her office without any specific information. The lady at the information desk, however, was very friendly and helpful.

Make an appointment online beforehand, then you actually get there quite early. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful.
