Was the phone called at 12 noon where normal people work and cannot answer afterwards from 2 to 3:30 p.m. 40 attempts to reach them by phone as the answer either hung up or answered by fax? or just let the phone ring through although it was mentioned in the reviews that this problem has been resolved. Once and never again. Anyone can go to Kroschke next door because there are friendly workers who can be reached and also tries to be reached when the things are ready.
Very bad service, unfortunately not allowed after several days in the car, it will be forwarded to the registration office without checking whether all documents are complete. You are not treated as a customer but as a supplicant. The employee said she is no longer allowed to enter the admissions office, says everything. Just go next door, the service there is already much better.
No too flawed. My registration and registration took too long. Since they forgot to ask for my ID, it just took too long.
Registration service in Herne used as there are virtually no short-term appointments available during Corona times.
Go in the morning, the nice lady filled everything out for me because my health is pretty bad. And one day later I got the call that everything is ready. I will only use this service if I consider that I have already been sitting in the waiting area of the road traffic office for 6 hours. I'll never do that to myself again.

It is insolent to ask for a license plate for € 20.50.
The retail trade always complains that people order too much on the Internet, so you shouldn't be surprised at these prices.
