Unfortunately, we have rented an apartment from the garden town of Hüttenau and are very sorry for this decision. After a short period of living, we found that the employees (e.g. Ms. Fuß) are difficult to reach and do not take care of the concerns. The issue of cleanliness also unfortunately does not play a role in the housing units of this cooperative. There is a caretaker but the hallways are dirty and the elevators are very dirty. Overall, the cooperative really leaves much to be desired as a landlord and I would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment here!

We're done with our nerves too. Living on the Pattberg, where unfortunately Ms. Fuß is also responsible. The elevators are always dirty, as are the hallways and basements. No matter how many times you call this woman, nothing changes. Again we would not rent an apartment in the garden city.

Don't rent an apartment! It will help you zero. We have a woman's foot who takes care of nothing, does not answer the phone, never calls back, and says that she is not responsible for anything. Nightmare !!!

Very disappointed with the cooperative of the garden city, if you rent an apartment there as a teenager, you are basically already stamped. The employees are also very unfriendly.

The apartments are in great condition and the staff are very friendly. As a tenant, if you have any problems, e.g. Repairs helped very quickly.
