I am in quarantine due to Covid19 and nobody called me or contacted me so far. I wrote email as well and no answer. This is a very bad costumer service.

I immediately reached someone who was able to help me in a friendly and competent manner. I think this reads strange considering the rest of the reviews. But it's still true.

Just answering the phone would help a lot. It cannot be that you are called first and asked to call you back because of a possible infection with the Covid-19 virus and then it is not possible to reach a person in the health department. Unfortunately very unprofessional.

Telephone communication poor Test result covid was only communicated to me after 3 days on request (was forgotten) The woman was tested one day after me and got the certificate for the purpose of quarantine for the employer before me. Mine only comes after a week Proof that everything that works in the office is incapable of doing proper work. So this is co-financed by me, great
