Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly. When "trying" to extend the ID card on which all the important information has long been available, further documents are apparently required and a new appointment will then be a whole month! arranged later instead of letting me get the missing items quickly, even though I would have been back in just 15 minutes. But what can you do about civil servants who don't really feel like working.

Just want an appointment for the admissions office !!! No chance...... ... 🤔Try for 2 days now ....... always busy ...... ☹️

Was here this morning, everything was fine except for 30 minutes of waiting. The lady at the passport office is very friendly and I am satisfied.

In the last 5 weeks I had contact with the city administration (citizens 'office, registration office, residents' registration office) three times. ALL employees were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There is a star deduction only for the really long waiting times (despite the appointment). Probably none of the employees in the administration can do anything for the German bureaucracy. Anyone who has worked in an office knows what it means to process applications these days. Everything has to be secured multiple times. .. that is time consuming and annoying. At this point I have given full marks to the employees in the entire Citizen Service.

I would not even give 1 star here. Have been waiting for a business registration for a week. The clerks who normally do it are unfortunately not there either. The representation is a pure catastrophe. Pushes away from work and just doesn't want to do it. A business registration takes 5 minutes. It is unbelievable that such employees work for us at our office.
