Hermes parcel shop doesn't
able to redeem a voucher from Hermes ...
Unfortunately, very unfriendly service, who seem to have no interest in friendliness towards the customer.
Mega rip-off prices, of course kiosks are a bit more expensive than normal shops, but the prices here are pure rip-offs, outrageous 👎
Better down the street in the other kiosk, it has normal prices.
Here, listless people are busy, who are also not very friendly and always annoyed. I have because of the good opening hours for a while deliver parcels there. And every single time I would have the behavior described above. Or one says, one would like a mixed bag for amount X and then gets a bag in which ten times the same candy is in it. That's almost funny, but still unacceptable.
As a parcel shop, the kiosk is unfortunately not recommended. The seller told me, on my demand, that only two times a week packages are delivered and so it has come to me repeatedly to 'delays' (say the delivery period is not met). In addition, a package is sometimes 'not on' & online then reads a return on the grounds package not picked up. Too bad, since the opening hours for professionals would have been very appealing.
Do not go to this kiosk. The employee who works there is extremely outrageous, returns the money incorrectly and also becomes very aggressive. I would advise you to visit another kiosk.
