Doors closed, machines broken for weeks! On the front door a note "All machines are currently defective due to a power failure": -0. But the light is on! Are there still a few zombies in their enclosures somewhere? Is there the plague on board or have they even crossed the Jordan? Man man man, what a shame ....................

Terrible service from this branch! Cannot be reached by phone for hours! Callback that is passed on to the branch via the banking app call from the service center is processed zero. A big movie theater!

Would like to give less than one star. In and out machine broken every now and then. When employees asked when they would be functional again, they said technicians had been ordered for tomorrow (machines were not repaired the following day and not the day after either). Employees in the branch referred to the next branch in Bayreuth if it were urgent (not to be outdone in incompetence). The customer hotline told you the same thing. The group has not heard of the traffic light system and Corona either .. ??! I am supposed to drive to an area where the traffic light is red for a deposit because the bank does not accept cash and they are not able to repair their machines .. ??! Again .. not to be outdone in incompetence. Not very trustworthy for further contracts
