Prop. Very good star deduction because the woman at the front desk and sometimes on the phone is very unfriendly. The employees who show the apartments are great nothing to complain about. The bosses ((2 old men)) very, very rude not to say in front of consumed children are not their topic pets as well and little boys are all naughty and naughty in their eyes! NO GO! But you have to do with them. Nothing to do, so it fits 🤣

My rating should actually be 2.5 stars because I would like to abstain from a good or bad rating, but would be happy to tell you what I have experienced here so far. Now 2.5 stars do not seem to go and since I do not expect a bad rating, it is now 3 stars. My rating does NOT follow an affect because I've been living in the or my apartment of the Oberstein building cooperative for over 15 years now and have had a lot of experience here with local people but also with the OBG staff themselves. You can talk to the staff. As a rule, everyone is very friendly. I think it is good that the basic rent does not increase and thus offers people affordable accommodation. I also think it's good that problems can be addressed to the OBG and that they can almost always be reached. OBG is a fair landlord. For simple repairs such as shutters, toilet flushing, instantaneous water heaters and the like, which are defective due to age or a technical fault, you can let them know and they send a craftsman who tries to put the respective in order. Since the apartments are unfortunately very close together, it is almost always the case that someone has something to complain about. Or empty apartments are renewed, which is unfortunately very often loud, even if it happens less often. Now, like everywhere, there are people who mean well with you, or people who mean less well with you, and there are also those who make mistakes that they are not aware of. It's also about the tiresome issue of complaints. I would like to comment on this as follows. I've seen a lot here. Things that I can understand and things that you can ask yourself are still okay. I have the feeling that I would like to make it very clear, it is just my impression, the staff is a bit overwhelmed with this topic and when I think how this topic can be difficult, because of neighborhood disputes etc. I actually want to deal with it included saying I would find it bad or good how to deal with it. The fact is, you can always complain. You are taken seriously and the OBG takes care of the matter. It may not be considered whether this will penetrate the privacy of third parties too much and a healthy level of skepticism seems to be missing. Due to the fact that the apartments are close to each other, it is almost impossible to live in peace, unless you don't care or you have the "luckless" par excellence. Things like smokers / non-smokers, dirt that is not removed, habits of some people or the failure to observe rest periods can be very annoying. If you want to avoid a neighborhood war or not the reason why stressed people are not or will not be stressed, it is good to talk directly to people instead of complaining and doing well thinking about living and letting them live, which I unfortunately often noticed that respect is apparently written in small letters with some. So I think it's just my opinion, it's enough to survive, circumstances make it impossible to live. Since we are talking about rental apartments and not the landlord, it is probably the case in many places that apartments mean restrictions and setbacks in privacy.

Scam and Schmarrotzer Unfriendly without end !!! Employees are unfamiliar with clauses from their rental contracts. Disadvantage others. On the one hand the apartment is said to be free, on the other hand it is said that we have nothing free, there are long waiting times. I think the cooperative chooses its members very carefully! The board is also on 🤮
