Can it get any more unfriendly? You feel totally at ease when a Mr. K. slams the signs on the table next to you and scolds loudly that he doesn't know what to do. 1 star for this ambience, although my clerk was very friendly and, above all, very competent. The lady deserves 5 stars, but the overall picture only deserves one star. Even waiting time despite the appointment!

Very good regulation with the online appointment allocation. Has worked well several times. You just have to bring all the documents (e.g. also Sepa for tax) and if possible the sign with you then it works wonderfully without waiting times. Before doing this, please read the instructions in the portal carefully and fill out everything. Much better than waiting for hours.

This district office confirms all the prejudices that are held about the conditions in German offices. Can be reached by phone catastrophically, the online appointment is booked two weeks in advance and extremely cumbersome. Without an appointment, you have no way of admitting a vehicle, even 4 months after the start of the corona pandemic, you only tried half-heartedly to adapt to the new circumstances. A district office should actually be there for the citizen / taxpayer, but here it is more of a dream.

Very unfriendly and sublime, especially at the counter, Mr. K. They apparently don't know whose money lives. Not the district office pays their wages but the citizens who have to change something and pay fees. And now since Corona these gentlemen think they no longer have to be friendly and do their work. What took getting used to before Corona. The district administrator should take action here and bring his staff into line.
