In Idar-Oberstein, the butchery Galle is definitely my number 1. Meat excellent, very nice service, rolls can be filled with any sausage at will. Always my pleasure!

Always a very good deal

A family business, literally. Here is created with heart and hand, no it is "created"! First-class beef from cattle that are kept in a species-appropriate manner by farmers in the immediate vicinity! ... a small shop that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of taste, freshness and specification. The Galle family always has an open ear for special and individual customer requests. Those who shop here can enjoy carefree. In the meantime, the owner has permanently closed the business due to reasons of age and lack of business successors, which is very unfortunate

Super friendly service (boss looks every now and again or served himself). Meat sausage is delicious. Otherwise great selection. Seasoning is always at the upper limit, but that's how I like it. thumbs up
