More than satisfied - I've been in Pernauerstrasse for at least 10 years. Always friendly and always eager to help. Although I now live over 30 km away, I don't want to change branches. I am very satisfied, especially with my direct contact person.

Very satisfied! I've been with Sparkasse on Pernauerstrasse for 10 years now and there have never been any problems. Not even when I moved and still kept my account there. If I need documents etc., everything will be done as quickly and easily as possible. My special thanks go to my advisor Mr. Janke, who does a great job and who I can always rely on. Therefore I find my star rating justified. Keep it up!
