Unfortunately, the branch can no longer be reached by phone. Contact by phone has been impossible for months.

Very bad service, consultant incompetent and unfriendly, customer receives no information, can only recommend everyone to stay away from this bank! Will withdraw all accounts and switch to another bank!

After the merger with the former Dresdner Bank, many products are no longer offered in this branch and one is referred to the branch at Max-Joseph-Platz. The only highlight of this branch is now the nearby underground car park and the ATM. I suspect that this branch will be closed sooner or later. Too bad for the remaining employees who have always advised me friendly and competent.
