Beware the heavy little doll face blond girl at the service counter. I think she is racist to outsiders. I personally witnessed an amazing event at this bank. I had to write about it! First there was a nice friendly looking white gentleman from Australia who spoke decent German had a few complicated questions about his account. He did not understand the short blond girls answers because they were robotic answers with out any compassion or regard to the concerns of the man. He said he traveled 600km to resolve some issue with his card that the main office said could only be resolved at the branch. He left exhausted and unhappy because she did not address the concerns of the customer. Poor guy. Then, three indian men came in the branch and one asked (in English) for a withdrawal of 10,000 Euros for a business transaction. The blond girl simply said "The rule is, you have to wait three days when taking out a large amount". The Indian man was bewildered. He asked "What? Why? I need it today please. We have business" The short heavy doll face blond girl said in the absolute disregard for the customer: "I already explained". But how she said it was amazing: As if she was dealing with people who are a nuisance! Customers are nuisance! Wait there is more!! Right in front of the customers she whispered to her colleague something rude about the customers! Right in front of them! It was amazing to see such disrespect coming from a reputable bank. He asked for the manager. Manager seemed nice. And she approved the withdrawal quickly with no trouble. Ehhh why couldn't the blond girl ask the manager herself before refusing the Indian man? And what happened to the "rule"? I came to this bank to see about opening an account. My turn for the counter, :( I asked "Hello, what kind of accounts do you have? in German "Servus, Welche Konto optionen haben wir bei dieser Bank?" She said in English "only for residents. But you need an appointment". "Yes, I am a resident. But, I need an appointment?" I answered. "Can I see your Ausweis (id card) please" she asked. I said "My question was 'what kind of accounts do you have. Why do you need my id?" "So I can help you. I already explained that (about being a resident)" I paused in confusion. "I just want to know what kind of accounts you have please". "You must speak with a different person but only with appointment." "Appointment?" "Yes. I already said that" It seems she loves to declare "already said/explained that" "After watching how you behaved with the other 2 customers I thought you may have had a history with them. But now I think you need a different job, because you will never touch my hard earned money. Schoenen Tag noch". And here I am giving my customer service to my self and fellow citizens. Little Heavy Doll-face Blond, I can't believe you motivated me to actually write my first review!

Employees are friendly and competent. The service is good. Unfortunately, the ATMs are broken relatively often, therefore 4 out of 5 stars.

I have been a customer of Deutsche Bank for some time and have only recently moved to this branch. I am very positively surprised about the friendliness and care of all employees there. Mr. Sollinger advised me very well, professionally and friendly on my matter. Mr. Sollinger prepared very well for the agreed appointment and took his time. I have also been able to deal with other issues. I received a competent answer to all my questions and I am very satisfied. My warm recommendation!
