The branch itself is modern and beautiful. Unfortunately, the rest of the incompetence is hard to beat. Tried to change the powers of attorney for an account for over a year. Our consultant is either not there or busy. There is no waiting for a call back. Appointments are also not met, so that you stand in front of closed doors at the agreed time. Despite the long time and frequent explanations on the phone and in the branch, no employee still knows what the matter is. Next time, definitely a different bank!

Rude and snippy. Wanted to make a transfer and were referred to online banking. Since the sum exceeds our online daily limit, we are in the branch. We were advised that the daily limit can be increased. But we did not want, we just wanted to do the transfer as quickly as possible in the store. This has never been a problem at my regular chain store in Thansau and has always been entered directly. This is supposedly not here! Have then completed a transfer form which was then "kindly" accepted. Will be booked during the day it was said ... I'm curious. Not my first bad experience with this branch! customer-oriented trading
