The staff and service on site is impeccable. If you have any questions or problems, you will be helped immediately - provided the "Unicredit" system allows it. As soon as inquiries etc. run through the head office (must) there is a huge problem. It is not known whether employees are on vacation, whether there are substitutions, etc. and you feel as if you are on a hamster wheel with your concerns. Conclusion: Rosenheim branch good, Unicredit itself rather poor ...

Online banking just doesn't work! Access is blocked almost every time without justification and you have to come personally to the branch to have it unlocked. Quite unprofessional ...

5 stars for the service of the two counter employees! Both are still so friendly and confident at work after tens of years u have also solved my problem with the new cell phone and online banking with the tan process :-) Thank you very much u please pass on the praise
