I have been very happy with the bank for 20 years, but lately it has not placed any value on keeping customers and just looking to collect additional fees from customers e.g. abroad only 150 € per day possible to withdraw (4 € fees per withdrawal) very unfortunate.

I switched from a very large bank to Sparda 20 years ago and have never regretted this step. I always felt well advised and accompanied by telephone banking and online banking. For the great reliability and goodwill in all the years, with scrambled bank statements and cards, just THANKS.

I tried to get through to the bank by phone on 3 different days and received a short info because I wanted to move my account from Sparda Nbg (for 16 years) after moving to RO and open a deposit account ... Once I gave after 12 and twice after around 20 min. on hold. What good is a "cheap" bank without a contact person, now I choose the more expensive option with the local bank but service orientation.

Too bad that there is no cash register. Withdraw money only at the machine possible. For special wishes and older people extremely bad! Decision should be reconsidered by the Sparda Bank !!
