I am still shocked and deeply saddened by the death of my little cat. AnimalsHeaven helped with a lot of empathy and professionalism to make the last walk bearable, little Ernst'l is back home - even if in a different form - thank you very much.

Underground and insolent service !!! Today our cat died😭 We called Animals Heaven and wanted to have them buried with dignity! It would now be the fourth animal that we would have given to Animals Heaven. Since we were informed that today (Saturday) is not worth it (cat costs about 350 €) !!! When asked whether we can bring them over ourselves so that nobody has to pick them up, the only answer that came up was that we should cool them by Monday Montag What madman puts his animal in his fridge?!?!? Absolutely outrageous and insensitive! An undertaker always comes along and picks up the deceased. Or should you put it on ice until the next working day so that you don't make any fuss ???? 🤔 Thanks to Animals Heaven, our cute mouse had to "bury" tonight. Not exactly what you want a loved family member to be !!!! Thank goodness there are other animal funeral homes we will choose for such sad cases in the future. Conclusion: For the salted prices that are required for an animal pollination (you like to pay for your darling) Can't be that easy !! 😠 You will definitely not see us anymore!

unfortunately we had to put our dog to sleep a few weeks ago. We were treated very touching by AnimalsHeaven and felt our dog was in good hands there. The process was just as expected from a funeral home. We were very well advised from the beginning and informed about all possibilities. We can only recommend this dignified style to us. It was a great comfort to us in this difficult time. .... many thanks for everything !!
